Hi haven't seen you for some time. Is that the firebrigade?

It is one of the local volunteer fire brigade teams parked down by the public area where the stream goes over a small weir before continuing on into the countryside. In olden days before the villages had piped water this is the place where everyone went on wash day! Not sure why they were there, perhaps they wanted to fill up the fire truck?

They were probably not doing laundry! What a scenic spot.
