A most impressive doorway! I've been reading through my Europe journal and just finished reading about our 6 nights in Paris. I'd love to go back sometime!
Oh, this brings memories of when «Louis» lived in Paris!
«Louis» works on the weekends and often as long as 18 hours on Mondays, so it is often difficult for him to visit those who contribute to the memes he hosts on Sunday and Monday. Thus, very belatedly, he thanks you for your contribution and hopes that you will join us any Sunday you have a bridge to post or Monday with an interesting doorway such as this one!
Maggie- I love unique and interesting doors. When we travel I always photograph doors. This one is truly lovely. You definately found a treasure with this one!

The doorway actually looks very modern within the porch.
