As I was looking through our holiday pictures yesterday I came across some which I think certainly fit the "a picture is worth a thousand words" category.
I hope you'll agree.
Welcome to Mosaic Monday a weekly meme where we get together to share our photo images and collages. For more information click on the Mosaic Monday page on my sidebar and grab the button for your blog. The link will be open from 7.00 am Monday until 7.00 pm Tuesday (French time). Remember to add the link to your Mosaic Monday post and not the one to your blog. Please link back to this post so that your readers will be able to visit and enjoy more wonderful mosaics. To be fair to all participants any linked post which doesn't include at least one mosaic and also a link back to this MM post will be removed. As host I will visit every participant and leave a comment so that you know I stopped by. Please try and visit as many other blogs as you can, especially those that join in later, so that everyone's creativity can be appreciated fully.
Thank you for joining in today and sharing your mosaics with us.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful mosaics of your magical escape to the Med!

Poppy:)
What beautiful mosaics! I especially love that lily. It's always hard to catch up with a garden that continues to grow while you're on holiday. Looking forward to more photos. I think there was an old Poirot episode that had him visiting Crete. It seems so exotic. Have a wonderful week, Maggie, and thank you for hosting MM.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree Maggie - these gorgeous flowers speak their own beautiful language. Try to cope with everything after your holiday!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Mosaics... beautiful flowers .... and yes no words are needed ... we all speak the same language when it comes to these beauties. Thank you so much for hosting.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers and so great pictures. I'm glad I found your blog.
Thank you for visiting me. I'll be back
♥ greetings

I always enjoy your vacation posts. Crete is a place that I only studied as part of studies of the Greek classics as an English literature major. So for me it is so far away and an exotic place. I'd love to visit, so I am glad that you have posted photos. There is always catching up to do when you get home, isn't there? Gorgeous flowers.
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful flowers, Maggie. Crete looks like a place where colour flourishes!
ReplyDeleteHere it is already Wednesday evening and I'm just getting around to reading the MM posts. Thank you for hosting once again.
Never a need to apologize for quick post ideas, I am about as late as they come, but I finally arrive. Your posies are all so beautiful. The colours very reminiscent of the choices I use in my little garden spaces. It has been such a busy time and sometimes I have to take a very deep breath, sigh and move forward. My husband thinks something is wrong and I say, no that felt wonderful! Have a sweet weekend and stay safe my friend. Thanking you for everything~
