Beautiful shots, Maggie. Haddon Hall was one of my two favourites on my trip to England last year.

Maggie what a beautiful array of shadows you have posted!
The historical atmosphere is wonderful .. my favorite is the one with the simple vase of flowers (cosmos perhaps?) .. they soften the stone surroundings ..
Great shadow shots for today !

Your photos make me long to return to England for a visit. Alas, airfare is exorbitant these days!

Hi, Maggie! I was thinking of you today as I found not one, but two recipes for chutney! I haven't forgotten when you sent me some from across the miles!

Beautiful snaps! I know I'll probably never visit but you open up quite a new world for us!

XO,
Jane

Exquisite, Maggie!
Enjoy your weekend. It is wet and cold here with predictions that it will remain so through next week. Such a contrast to our Thanksgiving last year. '-)

Lovely shots of such a beautiful old house. Love the vase of white cosmos and the leaded windows.

Imagine living there!
