Shadow Shot Sunday #183

Today I'm flying high across the globe to Brisbane, Queensland, Australia to join in with Hey Harriet's Shadow Shot Sunday #183 to share some early morning shadows of Virginia Creeper vine leaves.

72 brilliant photographers landed at Harriet's place ahead of me, so why not fly over yourselves and see some of the great shadow captures on display?
Have a wonderful week everyone.

  2. Hi Maggie,
Very pretty early morning shadow shots. We got back from our trip from your side of the world last Wednesday and had a great time. One of the things that really stuck out in my mind was how early in the morning the sun was up and how late at night it went down. We were walking around at 10:00 at night and it was still light outside. All the daylight gave us great opportunities to take in all the sights!

  5. With Virginia creeper you can't be sure those are shadows. It may have made its way into the house. Lol. Such a pretty climber in the fall.

  6. Isn't it interesting, how morning shadows are so different from evening shadows? Here, by the ponds, we are in the shadow of the cedars until mid-day and I love to look up and watch the play of the light as the treetops sway.
