2013 SPSH - Item # 14 - A stained glass window or mosaic.

Our village's ancient church has often featured in Normandy Life blog posts. The photograph above was taken by the SP last June during the wedding blessing of the Maire's daughter.

through the mist, across the fields.

and for a while it was my blog header photo, a beautiful building.

but, there is something very beautiful on the inside too......

Roughly translated:
St Marcouf pray for us and keep us well; The Lord is a part of my heritage.

Item # 14 on the SPSH list,
hosted by Rinda on her blog Gallo Organico
"a stained glass window or a mosaic".

  1. This is beautiful, Maggie. I especially like the view you used for your blog banner. And the windows are gorgeous, too. Oh, how I'd love to visit your area -- it's so charming!

  2. I love that photo that you uses for your blog header sometime ago. It would make the most beautiful Christmas card.
