Five on Friday

Friday has waltzed around again making me feel quite dizzy after a week spent -

1 - having the house turned upside down by chimney sweeps and wood burning stove installers

2 - putting the sitting room back in order after the fire in April

3 - dodging the rain to work in the garden

4 - celebrating a birthday (mine)

5 - watching this years herd of heifers getting used to being outdoors in the field next door

Sharing these snapshots of life in Normandy with Amy @ Love Made My Home.

  21. Happy Birthday, belatedly! It is wonderful that your home has recovered from your April fire. It was rainy here near Portland, Oregon yesterday, which made it easier to pull the many weeds in the garden this morning :) Wishing you a happy week.

  27. I'm sure you're happy that the fire can now be a fading memory because all is back in order. Your snapshot reminded me that we completely forgot to put out geraniums in pots this year - I guess we've been busy too. Lovely snaps - thanks for sharing.
