What a lovely post about February - I need to get my decorations up before too long.
ReplyDeleteYum! That strawberry roulade looks so good!
ReplyDeleteLove your collage and how interesting to see the love locks on the paris bridge. We also saw thousands of these on a walk along a coastline in Italy. I was once in Honfleur and it was an amazing place. Would love to go back there as we really got only a short time to see it. It was at a time that we were touring Normandy and had to leave early to go to our destination. Happy February!
ReplyDeleteHappy February! We saw the love locks in Paris. Crazy how things like that get started. Lovely images. Best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeletePink and pretty for February. I remember seeing the locks on the Paris bridge. Enjoy this new month full of possibility.
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful Valentine's collage Maggie! Hope your month is filled with lovely days !
ReplyDeleteNow this how to celebrate a month. Thank you February for Valentine's! Lovely post with a beautiful collage, Maggie.
ReplyDeleteWhen February finally arrives I think that winter is nearing its end. Snowdrops, daffodils and the rare, brave Camellia convince me that I'm right!
ReplyDeleteLovely romantic post!
ReplyDeleteI just have found your blog and will be a new follower.
Regards, Janneke
What a pretty post. Happy February to you too!
ReplyDeleteYou celebrate Valentines Day with style!
ReplyDeleteHi Maggie -- what a "lovely" post! I, too, enjoyed seeing the love locks and went to your other post. Recently I have read so much about how they are destroying the bridges with their weight and many people want to see the tradition stopped. Some view it as vandalism. I don't go along with the vandalism. But the weight concerns me. That said, we, too, have a lock on the bridge -- one that was placed when Rick and I visited in 2012 at the suggestion of our Paris friend. (And on that bridge, too!) Sometimes I feel a little guilty about it when I read those other posts -- yet it was one of the happiest days of our trip. What beautiful photos in this one!
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely mosaic with the beautiful flowers and china. Have a nice day!
ReplyDeleteYou've inspired me to dig out my Valentine decor, such a pretty mosaic.

ReplyDeletePretty post. Happy February.... may it be all pink and loving.
ReplyDeleteOh, Maggie! What a beautiful collage. I was, especially, interested in the locks on the bridge. I have visited Paris several times, but never knew about that bridge, until after my last visit. I will see it in person some day! Thanks for reminding me.
ReplyDeleteOh, my! What a wonderful collage! You have captured a most romantic interpretation of February! Just the things I love! My favorites: The French roses, the teacup and the strawberry roulade! Yum!
ReplyDeleteYour favorite things make me smile with delight, Maggie. Pretty collage, and the red velvet cupcakes are calling my name. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteMaggie, thank you so much for joining the party. Your mosaic is so pretty and filled with such special treasures. I've always said I want to get to that bridge in Paris. It's on my bucket list. Such a unique attraction.
